First, thank you for the invitation.
Second, I believe that almost everything at work has to be done by team members. For example where I work, we keep each other updated about our tasks and help each other so we can achieve.
Need to follow up with each department/colleague to insure their part of the Job is accomplished so as to enbale me to move forward with my part. If there was a delay, I will push for their part explaining the urgency of the same. After all, teamwork contributes into this.
If it was an urgent case where deadline is near you may finish a bit of your teammates work then notify him/her. This will involve your teammate and engage him/her in the reality of the situation
Then following up must be done sharply,
your teammate will feel vulnerable when someone else does their work, therefore I recommend giving your teammate a boost ,hence, it will facilitate finishing their work.
Through the five management functions (planning, organization, recruitment, control) and then developing a system of motivation .
Teamwork is very important and delegation where you need support and help
Communication is very important and as a team you must finish the work irrespective of how hard the work because in personnel Management it is said that 1+1=3
Thanks to invite.
Maintain a strong communication with them, to monitor the efficiency, focusing on your achievement. Better to have a physical appearance with them to ensure the progress smooth.
I will manage to make them do their part in given TAT. and will strongly follow up.
it is all about coordination , team work is the best once you have a dead lines , we always have to support and motivate each other
Everyone has to do the task which is the duty of work
And we can manage it by motivating others to finish their work and helping them if they found any problems and try to find the best solution for that problem in order to finish all the work in the highly recommended level
by controlling schedule in timley manner
