Well as an interviewee, i have to be patient and relax. I have to think that it is not a judgment it is a challenge. Understand that they are really looking for a great employee that will give the company more benefits and not a problem or liability. You may not have enough experience in that field but if you are willing and eager to learn and explore then that will be the start on giving your best shot. Make the most out of it. Just be confident that you can do the job and be positive.
