Keep calm and believe in yourself. Have confidence in what you know. Check the facts. And calmy state it. The facts dont lie. This will force them to double down or impede their momentum. Either way they have to provide their own facts as well when challenge. This way you can get them to dig their own grave and should  teach them a lesson to come prepared.
