If you were hired for a position, what things would you do in your first month?

22Sep17.....Every ' professional ' that takes on a NEW Job Position, brings with him / her qualities that they consider to be unique to them.  One  ' should be ' to tidy up what was left behind by the previous worker in the position and if its a new position, to inject similar work thinkings to get the ' ball rolling. '  Remember, every Job Position requires there to be efficiency without compromising quality and anyone who can do this is on the right track.  During the first month, a system of completing and learning to delegate to those around you that you get to know of their potential and qualities.  In one month one can accpmplish a lot, but never forget that it all depends on Team Work and that's the greatest thing of all you can instill into your co-workers that you don't think that you are above them but a REAL Team Player.....Much Obliged...pwm..
