Does working with multicultural teams affect on your attitude "negatively"?

I do not think so. When you combine the talents of various cultures , I believe you have the best result not only for the business but also creating a friendly atmosphere between them. People fear the unknown but if they know it, then they will understand that, in the bottom line, we are all people and we want the same things in life.
