Freshers are mostly not preferred in any industry. Why?

Freshers have limited practical knowledge in comparison to their vast theoretical knowledge.

They have limited negotiating skills which a person learns while being a part of some business.

Companies want to spend little of resources in the upbringing of employees so they prefer experienced people.

Maturity level is also less in younger people in comparison to professionals.
