as per my understanding, management does not concern with the culture, it focus on predefined achievement of goals and objective, whom are they is not the issue. i mean doing things right dont require such things, it just focus on what was plan and if varicose then remedial steps taken to match with planned ones.
so we will just focus on what is plan and what is achieved, rather than ethnic aspect, yes it count for good performance but very rare and ignoble...
