Analyse the paths for the project, prioritise the important goals to be met and create the resources needed to modify progress by better team support, alternative plan and strategy, to gain momentum and achieve completion results.  Working alongside the team is important as it releases enthusiasm and interest in work which the manager appreciates and shares with his team.

Draw the critical path based upoon the events & activities assoiated within the project & modify by putting extra resources to achieve the milestone,rescheduling cerain activities & removing the least priority tasks.
