In general a resident Doctor should be existed, and every single employee must to do his-her annual check and give results to company's doctor, beside seasonal vaccinations which should be taken
prevention is way important than treatment ... so i have to train the employees to regularly follow up ( 6 monthly ) for a general check up , and to provide them with advises and papers regarding health and prevention.

This is quite important & company should provide resourced to overcome the same.
The process /product study in particular yields some results relating to potential ill effects of the same.These results will be helpful in employing a pro-active approach to prevent the same by taking suitable measures .Also acting as per the requirenments of MSDS related to product ,occupational health risks can be avoided.
