Supply chain is one kind of dept  where in connected with  almost with all the dept. either its procurement, warehousing, Operations, logistics, documentation etc.. or  sales, accounts etc..

Customer satisfaction solely depends on Supply Chain, the more fast  & accurate  material is delivered the more  customer is happy & will repent back for future needs.

Its not the big fish which survives in the market  its the fast fish which survives.
