When one does not work in an english based work place it becomes ones own responsibility to keep their second language up. A couple ways to do this is to one stay in contact with any english speaking friends you have, download applications that can help you to continue to learn and lastly join a group that has the same goals in mind. If you cant find a group, create one and invite people who want to maintain or grow their second language to learn. If you have the will to keep you language you can. Determination is key and second is hard work.
Read books you enjoy at your level or a bit higher, write about what you read, listen to something about it, and talk about it, if possible.
