I would like to give my answer clearly and briefly about SCRUM and SCRUM.
AGILE VS WATERFALL
Waterfall: A waterfall model is a relatively linear sequential design approach to some geometric design areas. In software development, it tends to be one of the least repetitive and flexible methods, where progress flows in one direction to a large extent ("down" like a waterfall) through the stages of visualization, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment and maintenance. This approach is not suitable now because of changes that may occur during the process of developing the program for several reasons (technological development, market value, competition ...) which may expose the project at great risk.
Today, a large proportion of software and banking companies and multiple fields in the desire for a strong change to follow a flexible curriculum approach AGILE, for several reasons including:
High quality of products. In Agile development, the test is integrated during the course, which means that there are regular checks to see that the product is working during development. ...
Top customer satisfaction. ...
Increase project control. ...
Reduced risk. ...
A faster return on investment.
AGILE, of course, has several methods, including:
SCRUM
Kanban
FDD
ASD
XP
Lean
DSDM
Crystal
The previous methodology of companies was called Waterfall. With the advent of Agile, the rules of the game changed and now a proportion of over 85% of the software companies are trying to become Agile, through Scrum because of its flexibility and great efficiency.
The SCRAM approach is applied in organizations and technology companies to achieve the best returns in the market by following an agile approach that helps in the development of complex software, increasing creativity, flexibility and productivity at the same time delivering the best product.
In Scrum there are only three certificates at different levels:
Scrum Master he's the Servant-Leader who helps outside the scrum team to find out the best ways to interact with the Scrum team. He is responsible for ensuring that SCRUM FRAMEWORK is understood and understood by ensuring that the SCRAM team adheres to the Scrum theory, artifacts, practices and rules.
Product Owner: The owner of the product is responsible for testing the best value of the product (maximization) and the value of the work of the development team and the process of doing so varies greatly from one institution to another.
Development Team The development team is the team that makes the product and consists of only 3-9 people.
To obtain SCRUM certificates in your opinion SCRUM.ORG is considered the best
Where he has a very high test score of 85% and a short exam duration of one hour with 80 questions.
Based on experience and do not need a prior course, self-study is possible.
This certificate is more difficult than others, but there are other organizations that provide SCRUM certificates
But with a course of training for a certain period
Such as Scrum Alliance.
I wish everyone a special trip with Scrum.
SCRUM ON :)
I would recommend CSPO or CSM from Scrum alliance, based on your experience and area that you work.
If your at mid career exp with no / minimal scrum project experience, you can prefer CSPO as it gives brief about scrum framework.
Pros - Its a 2 day workshop class and No assessment, Recognized almost in every region.
If your experience at a project manager level, then you can prefer CSM. Which requires enough Scrum projects experience, to attend the class room training aswell to crack the assessment.
I would recommend PSM from scrum.org
for me the best certificate that worth to pursue is -> SCRUM.ORG
