What if your boss doesn't understand the nature of your job and never care about details unless the results are perfect?

In simple terms you will feel disappointed as your boss is showing no compassion and acknowledgement of the hardships you go through to produce those results (regardless of the results).It means he has no compassion for the growing set of emotions of his subordinates.

In my view he will bever be able to respect you as a valued contributor or a productive employee if he/she doest not know the inside challenges you face every day on your job.Consequently people leave such Manager or Bossess becasue of the lack of mutual respect , appreciation and recognition.

Such kind of a person is not a Leader....
