What are the merits and demerits of problem solving and decision making?

Now their are no demerits when it comes to problem solving because you have solved an problem but when it comes to decision making it depends upon the decision since it may be a positive or a negetive effect depending upon the situation and the surrounding but do make decisions that what makes you think out of the box

Generally these are consecetive, cronological steps.

Any any confussed situation, bewilderment first step is to solve problem on psychic level and then unitedly take decision. so that any one could came to the solid position of doing actual work, job etc.
