Would the localization in gulf effect the people with different nationalities and affect their job stability?

Diversity!! To have employee diversity is challenge for HR & for management to maintain this employee combination and this could be an edge and curse, if not maintain accordingly. Organization must design and customize their polices keeping in view the employee diversity and as employer by choice which is one of the attracting feature in MNCs.

The answer is unknown to me as I do not have any experience about the job model in Gulf. Our friends from Gulf may make us wise on the particular issue. Thanks.
