Yes obviously. If you are not considering your personality you will not productive on the job and not highly focus on the job. Always thinking about switching and most importantly job satisfaction is not there. To be productiveon the job, personality attributes should match with job description as it provides benefit to employer as well as career development for Individual.

Our personality and traits have direct relation with the career we chose and there are numerous examples where employees are not satisfied of what they do and this is due to their no interest in their work or personality crash with job. Hence, we intensely do career counseling at early age so that such de-motivation could not emerged.

lt is important to have that consideration.A harsh and impatient person can't work  with children,they will be in danger of being hurt.Again such a person can't work in the Human Resources side,he will hurt and ultimately kill the business.
