will you can't tell unless you have noticed this person before while he/she is speaking normaly, and you may also bay attention to whole context not only some general bodylanguages and accusing the man that he is lying depending on his/her bodylangauges. So you have to be carful before judging people. I know there are alot of general gestures on net, but beilve me you should have experience of how to read bodylanguages specially if he/she was totally stranger.
