my question is about practical difference between American and British English use in day to day life.
The most noticeable difference is the Vocabulary
and an obvious difference is Accent and Grammar,
American English is adopted from Proper English.
BRITISH LANGUAGE IS VERY RESPECTBLE LANGUAGE BUT AMERICAN LANGUAGE HAS NO RULES THIS LANGUAGES ALL WORD OF LANGUAGE SHORTLESS
