Is there any tips or personal skills the one can follow or improve to be a successful leader and manager ? especially for conflict managment?

The most skills to be improved are communication ,approach,and physical appearance. We should learn how to approach people,and how to talk to them when solving issues.

Let me concentrate on skills rather than leader or manager whereas there is a difference between these two terms. As long as they are both well qualified then it is directly depends on their personality and treatments with their juniors because their psychology role plays greatly in reaction rather than experiences or qualifications.
