A workplace is only devised for a working enviroment where unless sexual harassment is part of the job or legal than it is strictly prohibited.

If employee is loyal to the company and effective in my personal opinion he/she should be given a one and only warning letter plus should be obligated to sign a vow not to behave in such ways anymore.

If vow is broken then he/she should face severe punishments including governmental interference and finally expulsion from the company.

Whereas you are an employee and your trying to avoid such..

For a lady, easiest way is to inform him that he is like a brother and should be put into your perspective that any brother will never think of harassing his sister. If abnormal behaviour is carried on you can speak to your boss about it and verify that he the employee for you is considered as a brother.
