Maintainence Costs.

The Cost of Quality include prevention costs, appraisal costs and failure costs. Whether the work was planned or unplanned, it includes all the work necessary to meet the product requirements , and the costs of work performed due to nonconforming quality requirements, assessing whether the product or service meets requirements, and rework.
