There is almost ZERO manufacturing and production of vehicles in middle east, but your main catch would be Servicing of vehicles. No matter what the conditions be, the vehicles that are already running on road will need maintenance.

So, we can expect a good scope in Service engineers or maintenance engineers in automobile field. based on the level you have reached and achievements, you could obtain a higher power post, but that would be more towards supervision of a service or maintenance dept. Right now, the construction sector is booming in Middle East. One would have to wait a decade or two until progress is made in automobile sector.

Please up vote if u find my answer helpful. Would help a lot.
