What is your long term plan being an Administrative Officer?

First I need to be a better person in future then Through my dedication and skills mutually need to grow with company. Their is no negositation that surely after some years if i look back their is some achivements in my carrier growth.

being administrative long term plan is team leader and solve the problem and new idea to generate a business with team motivation..   

My position where hard work, sincerity and contribution towards the organisational success are regarded and recognized. I am confident that the desired role would be handled with least supervision, with the knowledge acquired from my current job activity as well as from my academic studies currently pursued.
