Average person watches between2-5h of tv each day yet most common excuse for not working out is "I dont have time".6h of sleep,8h at work,6h in traffic and eating...tell me again how you dont have time? If you really want something you find time for it. Just admit to yourself you dont wanna workout! Also staying fit without exercising is impossible!

aside proper diet, take a tablespoon of honey before bedtime to help fasten metabolism even in sleep...

Neck movement exercises, moving shoulders,

Moving back and forth, moving the hip and legs, performing the chair, exercises against the office table, squatting exercises, lifting legs while sitting on the chair, stretching exercises with hands behind the head, chest compressions, , Rise and fall stairs without the use of elevator and electric peace.

 

You can walk and run around the house, climb up and down stairs several times, dance sports like zombie dancing, use sports equipment at home like a treadmill and an aerobics bike,

You can use trampoline, lifting and extending arms and legs, jumping rope, lifting weights by cans and empty bottles, playing ball with children.
