If I were tasked for this important mission, I will study and work on the implementation of management process through the wellknown9 Steps as follows:

 

1 Develop a clear vision and translate into meaning full mission statement.

2 Assess the company's strength and weaknesses

3 Scan the environment for significant opportunities and threats facing business

4 Identify the key factors for success in the business

5 Analyze the competition

6 Create company goals and objectives

7 Fomulate strategic options and select the appropriate strategies

8 Translat strategic plans into action plans

9 Establish accurate controls.

There are many approcahes in these but first let us assume that your change management plan was already approved by the Upper Management or shall we say by the Project Sponsor, you can implement the new strategy if it is a complex one by phase or a simple one, at one time. You can of course, advise, the human resources or the communication group to send a memo thru an email blast (indicating the change maangement plan and approval, the phasing and directions) to all employees or stakeholders regarding the change in strategy inorder for everyone  to know the stategy change and be ready for it.

Then, implement according to plan.

The future success of any company is due to management planning at all stages of their work
