Now a days lot of Multi-National Companies were hiring the fresh graduates from the Universities directly thru "Campus Selection" program where students who are about to complete their degrees are interviewed by the Company HR and given offer letter to them directly. Companies are also looking for the young staff with latest knowledge and technics that can applied in the areas of specialization. Similarly many other job search portals/ search engines gives special consideration for those who doesn't have experience but want to join and learn for their career growth.

2.As volunteer (no slalry or a min. salary) in areas of your interest.
3.Work as freelancer as appropriate in your areas of interest and mention in the resume.
4.Acquire skills through self learning or structured short courses in your ares of interest and tactfully articulate in CV as your experience

you shall search about small companies or training at one of them and must support by courses professional and make try to collect any job don`t look at job title now coz it will be start to collect your dream job coz always job title will be change from companies to his employees .

The best way is to start from begining job, such as Engineer in Training after graduation, junior engineer etc. This way you will be in market and once you get experiene then you can move forward.
You are right but you cannot climb the ladder from top. You will find work in small companies for sure or newly established companies and after few years you will be strong and can apply to those big companies.
I can say not all companies want only experienced people, which means some companies still recruit freshers - giving them chances. Besides, people can get experience through trainings and volunteering, sometimes, to get experience.
