i want to make hotel reservation without paymaent

You can make a  reservation through telephone  or Email with out payment  as per approval from Hotel reservation. other wise  reservation will be waiting list as per availability. even  you can Book through travel Agent like Booking.com by just entering credit card details . but  as per Hotel Policy. if  have no cancelation before guest arrival  no show will be charge for one night.   

you can make a reservation from the hotel website and the payment will be on arrival but at leat you will need a valid visa
