Which is best Hypervisor; VMware vSphere or Hyper-V? list reasons

In my opinion HyperV is the best hypervisor. But in the case of license vmware ESXi is good. there is no licence. Free of cost. HyperV is easily managable. User interfaced operation. I think backup of a VMs in HyperV is more easy than ESXi server. One demerit of HyperV is that HyperV is configured on an operating system. But ESXi is itself an operating system. No additional memory usage compared to HyperV.
