Thanks for the question.  In fact going to books is something good yet practical and in-house training is a better chance to learn how you can be a leader or a manager at certain times.

Thanks to the invitation, reading specialized books in management can benefit a person a lot but the extent of this interest depends mainly on the desire of the manager and his ability to learn from these books

Thanks for the invitation!

Management books are good to read but a manager can learn more when he is handling a situation, when he is doing work practically, he can learn more as compare to reading books only.

Management basically depends on two things: the character and the experience.I believe that character is the most efficient factor that helps make a good manager. Then comes the experience that strengthen your abilities and develop your skills. Finally we can't deny the importance of books that open your mind and put you on the right way.

Thanks for the invitation,

There is no limitation, once we are ready to learn reference will be more helpful.

The Manager should always walk through in a challenging path. if he doesn't  have that much experience reference will be helpful. and he will get a mental strength while he goes through the management books who share their experiences and be an inspiration.

Moreover, it will be applicable only for those who are ready to learn

and it will be a supporting material in his practical strategy

It all depends on the quality of the book and not the quantity. And each of us has his own fault and quality so you have to look for books that work with your quality and flaws. I personally read a book in French (management for the draw) of bob nelson and peter economy and (on becoming a leader) of warren bennis  . essential What you benefit from the books you want to read

Thanks for the invite !!!

I would say about 20% is what can be learnt from books, rest  80% will be learnt when the manager is given a practical exposure.
