In my opinion, I prefer to mix between two options, because each single employee needs different manner to be treated

It depends on the situation. It is the situation that would determine whether to use force or reward. For instance indiscipline and insubordination should be checked with the use of force.

According to some realists from the political science field there are 3 ways to make people obey management.

- Force     - Reward   - persuasion

- According to Macchiaveli there are two ways to make people obey a prince:

 - Love  - Fear

* A mentally healthy, self-confident manager, well educated would go with persuassion,love, respect,rewards, and last is force.
