improve working environment, management should always look after employees situation simple things could make a big difference.like setting up massage chair for quick relaxation. consider catering for the employee and charge minimal fee instead of employee giong out for lunch time will be save which is equal to productivity. The key to have a strong bonds with your team is to feed the natural need for each of them to feel heard, understood, cared for and well informed.

 

 

Spend time understanding each one of them, updating them on the big picture, people appreciate being respected and informed about the business no matter their position.  Good leaders know their people by hear. What is this person strengths? what motivates him? What are his goals, are there reasonable? How do you think he can grow? who complements his skill set?  

Most of the answers should come through asking them questions and helping them capitalize on their strengths and see you as an aly helping them reaching their goals.

It is a myth that you can lead/motivate everyone the same way.

On the broader context of the intra team relations, discourage backbiting and those who love to play the boss pet role !
