I agree with Michael and Binod's inputs, Work Place Diversity has everything to do with People employed within the Organization.
Many companies today are looking at recruiting diversified target talent pool to incorporate people from diverse cultures, nations, race, religions, genders, disabilities, etc to ensure that diverse ideas and inputs can spearhead companies to reach Global Success.

I wish all companies look to this subject in a (diversity) way as well.
By having:
- Diversity in Recruitment (which is Management basic rules) to have a various staff with different levels, ages, qualifications, religions and experience ..etc.
- Diversity in work place such as furniture, location and decorate
- Diversity in office environment, facilities and routine
- Diversity in increment and rewarding system
- Diversity in work place such as furniture, offices and routine
- Diversity in tasks and learn more / exchange the experiences
DIVERSITY is required and it is having a several forms, even in a personal level where someone goes for shopping, vacation or visit some place or friend. He becomes mentally and physically active.
It gives the people an energy to work and give their best to their organization.
