When yuou say increase social networking, are you looking at increasing the number of people on the assets? or increaseing the engagement on these patforms?
In both cases sticky content is very important.
The methodologies would vary from channel to channel. e.x: on twitter we would take a leadership route than on Facebookw here we could take a friendly advisor role.
As for your second question: Neilson reports had mentioned that60% B2B sales begin with a google search. So if your inbound marketing activites are good, then you would have made a mark on these folk even before your sales team has had their first meet.
