Thanks
actually I do not have specific one, I depend on situation itself
well , i prefer "Henry Ford's" story ,his Determination and Confidence about making risky decisions .
Thanks for quoting such kind of question, as a leader I only quote the character and leadership qualities of one and only one shining star for this mankind, Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), his leader ship qualities not only concur Makkah & Madina, but he concured the whole world. Rest all so called leaders of time only drive some qualities of him and became the great leaders.
His role and qualities always inspire me to go further in this role, and inspire me to become a good human then a leader, because when one become a good human, the leadership comes automatically.
With kind regards,
Richard Branson inspires me a lot.
his candidness and versatility with work, writing, travelling, etc. makes me wanting to do all that someday.
I always love my job under any circumstances.
Actually, it's not one story. Because at every story you will discover an attractive different side and dimension. I like many stories such as; Umar ibn Al-Khaṭṭāb, Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Mahatma Gandhi ... etc
I inspired by the story of the Man who had been failed the interview for the post of waiter, in KFC, and never get chance in Harvard even he applied for ten times. He is Mr. Jack Ma , the Owner of Alibaba Group and the one of the billionaire in China.
Richard Bransons astonishing story.
Main lesson learnt is
Whenever you think of an idea, dont procrastinate, execute!
I am not inspired by only 1 leader biography .I am inspired by different muslim empeors & their ledaership styles
Leadership storries the inspires me the most are three people in particular. Martin Luther King, Ghandi and Nelson Mandela.
One thing they all have in common was they believed in non-violence as a means of resistance. However, we know that later Nelson Mandelas saw that this was not "helpful" and decided to join the arms struggle.
Today, America is a country that many nationalities can go to and be able to make a success. And this is partially because of the vision that Martin Luther King had. He not only struggled for the African-Americans, but for all the oppressed in America. And we know that America was oppressor of many foreign nationalities. How ever we see with Donald Trump this opresssion of foreign nationals is sticking out its head again.
Nelson Mandela brought liberation to a whole nation. Although today, it appears that the present leadership of South Africa, don't appriciate that freedom and seems to exploit the new God given power they have.
But the moral of these stories are that to never give up, no matter how strong your opponent or oppresser appears to be. They may even kill your body, but the spirit of a true warrior, will defy the strongest oppressor
