To evaluate your team skills, you need to measure their performances.
To measuere performances you need to set goals / Targets and criteria of measurement of those achievements.
Keep them motivated and your evaluation process will be simpler.
first you should create KPIs for them to compare with , then you should commincate it with them , then specify evalution time then go a head with them face to face and coach
You can evaluate by giving them1 Task and observe following things:
1). Communication among them.
2). Basic knowledge transfer or not
3). share their point of views
4). Personality clashes is thier or nor
5.) Decisons is individual or comes after consultation
6) Approach forcing or collabratig
Team skill may be assessed by:
1. Set the KPI and describe it to the team.
2. Monitor the out put and compare with the target.
3. How the team handles the situation.
4. Measue the Customer satisfaction index.
-Determine the tasks of the Working accurately
-Division of labor and skills of people
-Know the target
-Setting a specific time to perform the task
-Start the real work
-Calculate the required results after end the specified time

You can evaluate your Team by assigning tasks.

2 the way thy are communication with clients
3 their actions with th Project ´ s involvementcan participation
4 their reliability and competences
5 their knowledge and attitude facing difficulties

The skills of a team is the addition of all skills of individuals. And here1+1 is not2. With proper coordination it can be10. Without proper coordination it can be0. If I am able to coordinate the skills towards the company goals what ever it may be, higher sales or better customer service I would be considered a good manager. Otherwise if their efforts are not coordinated, and raising conflicts in the team productivity would go down in spite of individuals being highly skilled. It should be remembered that human resource is the most important resource and should be handled very carefully.

By looking for previous jobs that are already closed . Analysing defects . And targeting everyone to cover the defects of the others . One for all and all for one role .
