في البداية ، بجعل الموظف يقوم بجوله تثقيفية حول كيفية سير العمل في الشركة (بشكل عام دون التعمق) ويركز على الأشياء المتعلقة بعمله والمشتركة مع الأقسام الأخرى ، ومن بعد ذلك يأتي دور تبادل المعلومات والمشاركة في الخبرات في داخل القسم نفسه وهذا يعد أحسن تدريب لانه على أرض الواقع وهو خبرة عظيمة ، ومن ثم الدورات التدريبية في مجال تخصصة سواءا من داخل الشركة أو عن طريق التعاقد مع شركات تدريب مختصة.

At begining, by taking the employee into an orientation over the company to have a brief about the workflow (in general without much details) and focus about the related details to his work where other departments are involved. Next by exchanging the information and experience within his team (that is the most useful-real-training) for the employee. Last by giving him a training courses whether arranged by the company itself or some external traning specilised company.
