How do you interpret the test "prick to prick" on chicken egg, if the child once vomited and showed pale, at 14 minutes from the start of the test?

During previous testing with Prick to chicken egg child's skin showed milder reaction compared with histamin what was reason to call patient for add skin Prick-to-Prick test to chicken egg. Child is2 years old and comes healthy with his mother. After examination pediatrics confirm that the child is healthy and require from the nurse to perform a skin test Prick-to-Prick. After minutes child vomites once and shows pallor. Papula histamine becomes pale as well as papilla for eggs. Should it be necessary to prolong the test for- minutes to read the size of the papules or to stop the test and give the patient an adrenaline and an antihistamine or interrupt the test and call the patient for a re-test the next day?
