I will try to understand the problem, try to get them to one understanding on the issues they meet and try to resolve the conflicts in a way that everybody would be happy.

 

This can take place in a number of meetings.  I will set also a system of resolving such conflicts with channels to avoid having the same issue again.

At first I will orgznize a meeting with them, listening to their issues carefully and try to resolve them. If they asking any kind of support, I simply give them all. After that if they are fail to accomplish I will take action against them with integrity and will show transparesy upto top Management. So that employee can't blame me for any kind of Favour.

Depends on company policy or style,  some companies has designated HR-employee relations his or her role to sort-out any employees conflicts, however the Direct Manager or supervisor can interfere based on the situation  related to work performance or employee behavior with immediate disciplinary action is required in these situations usually one to one meeting with carefull lisining and understanding the matter trying to find a common area in-between to solve it with fair judgement avoiding repetitive in future.
