In slow market you need to stay @ your position, while market turned to fast one, since your startup business will affect aslo by slow market , so stay where you are !

Only bold one take the step to start up their business in these kind of situations. IF i am more than 40 than i will avoid to start up new business in this situation.

Well at a slow market can be both an oppurtunity or a stagnant phase of work.

If you're eager enough to take the chances it will be the best time to come up with something unique that will shape your company's name and help you alot become a big firm in the market as it's already slow because most of the companies there are going through the same processes.
