For customer experience of the sales person sometimes important sometimes not.In B2B and B2C it's different.for example in B2C when customer feel you are fresh customer may not belive to your advices.Or in B2B customer will wonder about the future.for example in aftersales process or in forcemajeour situation what can do fresh staff.So if you are fresh you focus on product on your presentation and on your customer.

Sales experience is an important and vital aspect of the Customer journey. sales experience not only related to salesman attitude or the store look and feel, but also related to the salesman image, information, handling time, and product quality.. all the above issues should be considered in the sales experience plan.. Adding to the above, the after sales policy should be communicated to the customer clearly before closing the deal.. Generally, customer should feel that the company think about the consumer not to the revenue.
