How do you handle "first time customers" who are ignorant about the product?

Just really basic saying can change the whole scenario for i.e;

Welcome to the store

I would be happy to assist you

Please let me know if you have any question about the product we have for you

Try in such great manner why customer is not pleased about the product. Listen carefully about the product. Understand and give apology for the inconvience and resolve the issue.

 

Also, make a note to let your manager know about this situation so it won't happend for the next customer!

Give your best to convince them, try to make them understand about your product, rest leave it on them and Always try to make your customers comfortable.

You will have to speak their language, for if they do not understand you your work will be in vain. On average, every day shoppers are most likely to be a 4th grade level. You cannot go on narrating what might sound to them like a foreign tongue. Moreover, if your customer makes $2000. a month, you cannot offer a high doklar product to them, the item you offer should be in within their budget. One important thing, CAPITALIZE on the GENDER ( men are not as likely to fall for the same items that women fall for. One last thing, what tome of the month is it? Date has an awful lot to do with the purchase capacity.
