How to meet deadlines ? Also, once you have taken a decision , how to remain stick to it?

Meeting deadlines depend on several factors like project type , staff involved , available tools & resources, in addition to knowledge or experience of involved staff. To make long story short I will explain briefly and provide a simple plan . In order to meet project deadlines or to be ahead of them you need to set a plan that contains all factors of project. List down the project factors and anticipated accomplishment  date/time.  Then start working based on your plan . While working on project you will have another tasks as well that needs to be done in parallel as a part of your daily tasks . So in order to ensure that you will complete all your project tasks and not to affect your daily productivity you can set some time in each day to complete some of the projects tasks based on priority bases . Also one important point for missing deadlines is that many people get caught by other side tasks or less important tasks that could be postponed to a later time. So ensure no to be distracted by side tasks while working on a project and you can meet deadlines easily.
