You have a choice - either to be the disrupter or be disrupted. Digital & Social have gone to sit at the core of market for the single best reason because the average consumer is now connected to several judging channels. So, to serve this customer the companies/brands have to develop innovative marketing techniques and be present wherever this customer is present. Whilst brand do that, they go from a brand-centric approach to a customer-first approach. If this is successfully implemented/ adopted, these brands have a chance of survival by 2025 else be ready to be obsolete.

We are currrenly living in the digital age and this is going to further evolve in the coming years where all things digital will be controlling most aspects of our life, the process is already in place, the gap between expectation and technology is slowing closing in and since there is a complete synergy with digital technology so in retrospect we have seen digital marketing grow exponentially and this trend will continue to grow in the coming future.
