Yes you may. Consult labour law first and also revise your contract as well.

Depend on your agreement with the company when you signed the contract. One mistake from an employee they didn't see the contract when was issued by HRD. Some words typed inside the paper is contract lump sum, this type of contract will be not paid the employee overtime. So you must be careful during process sign contract. If you didn't find this point on the contract you can complain it to the company.

Overtime basically applies only for wage earning workers/employees not for white collar jobs again depends upon your employment contract. 

Denial of wages for overtime is sure breach of obligation from the Employer side, so Employee/Workmen can sure sue the Employer for enforcing to pay the OT wages upon accrual.
