Keep on appreciating  them even on their small efforts in achieving any team goals , and that to in fronts of others colleagues. I think this way we can create a motivational environment in the team

As a team leader it is very important to appreciate your employee's work, encourage and make them believe that they can do much better even if they end up making a mistake. Listening to a employees new ideas and suggestion is one of the best trait of a good leader which gives an employee a sense of satisfaction that they are being heard. When a leader gives each of his employee his/her support and appreciation, it helps them build a motivational environment.
