dynamic risk assessment is essential for work operations which keep on changing. the risk assessor will continualy evaluate risks of an opeartion and initiate control measures to prevent iminate risks of harm to the employees. The assessments will be done whenever the operation changes inorder to mitigate inherent risks as a result of a change in operation.
