In this fast-paced working environment, we always epxerience a lot ot things happening in the workplaces affecting our personal endeavour, outlook and discipline. Leaving a job, is a tactical or personal move at all. A job is where we we find security, where we find our financial needs to supportour family, personal needs and basic needs as well. It's a tough decision to leave such, but why are emplyees leaving their jobs?
not always true, depends on the reasons behind leaving
I think managers are the reason why people start looking for another job in the first place,,, even if they are looking for a better career, a good caring manager would care for his/her people and plan their own development with them. If I see my furture with my company and with my manager and I feel appreciated and acomplished, why would I look for another place?
Some times ,yes the employee leaves his manager not the job, some of managers disappoint their staff instead of rewarding, also if the manager can't enhance or create the spirit of team among his staff, normally he will loose his team one by one.
Mr. Joefil it has been like a universal truth that employee don’t leave organizations, in fact they leave their bosses, as you have mentioned the list of expectations and I would add one thing i.e. Respect. If we have good salary and benefits but employees are not having the respect then their chances of leaving the job is high and I have various live cases where individuals left their job for this. Those firms where salary ranges are not high there the role of manager is very critical in retention of employees and they could motivate them and this act will lower the attrition rate.
As a matter of fact YES, they leave managers.
See its natural that there are very few people who can accept change and change with the envoirment so no one wants to leave the place where they are are comfortable working until they are forced to corner of the cliff but apart from that there are more reasons to it.....such as getting better opportunity
They leave job. when there is no other chance to do.
60 percent cases it's absolutely true, but it depends considering total environment.
Most employee doesn't leave their jobs unless there is a strong reasons cause them to leave especially if it comes from managers side in many ways :-
- Managers treating. - No appreciation - Neglecting - Ignoring - Not supporting - Low salaries - etc..
