Initially, business culture has to be adapt with external changes in order to be more innovative. Once firm change its culture to cope with external environment then to upgrade its structure then it can easily build new strategies and plans through using employees knowledge and management knowledge that can make an superior goals to be gained in future. According to that, HR has to build a good relationship with employees in order to understand them and grasp more ideas that come from different cultures.
