My account does not allow me to apply & a message pops up saying that this mobile number is registered with another bayt account. The same issue persists since a couple weeks. Please guide me to do the needful at the earliest.

The message indicates that the mobile number is already registered with another Bayt account preventing you from applying with it

yes because this is an agreement item you accept during download

Check ur profile again and update your number there again. You will receive a confirmation code i believe. And then try again. If you still have the same issue contact with the bayt service centre.
