Risk analysis is very useful in every aspect of business and to some extent we rely on Risk analysis in HR, because any problem created by or for the companies Human Resources (Employees) always tends to effect the reputation as well as profitability of the organization. For example:
- Employee misconduct can will earn a bad repute for the organization.
- similarly Descrimination, Harrasment, infavourable Comensation and Benefits, etc can result in high eployee turnover, Defaming and bad repute of organization etc.
- recruitment without background check, biasing in recruitment and other HR functions result in the same consequences.
and there are several situations where risk analysis comes handy that i may not include here, but i hope i have been helpful to some extent.
